LFT PA12 Long Glass Fiber Composite For Lightweight Plastic Parts

PA12 is an excellent electrical insulator and, like other polyamides, does not suffer from dampness. It has good impact resistance and mechanical chemical stability. PA12 has a number of improved varieties with plasticized and enhanced characteristics. Compared with PA6 and PA66, these materials have lower melting point and density, and have very high moisture regain. PA12 has no resistance to strong oxidizing acids. The viscosity of PA12 mainly depends on humidity, temperature and storage time. It's very liquid. Shrinkage is between 0.5% and 2%, depending on the type of material, wall thickness and other processing conditions. The PA12 Fill Long Glass Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Granules have improve the properties,which one suitable for injection structural requirement plastic parts.
