TPU granules  resin pellets prie polymer is a mature environmentally friendly material. At present, TPU pellets has been widely used in medical and health, electronic appliances, industry and sports. It has the characteristics of high strength, good toughness, wear resistance, cold resistance and other characteristics that are unmatched by other plastic materials.
1. Hydrolysis resistance
The water resistance of TPU polymer is good under turbidity, and no obvious hydrolysis will occur within 1 to 2 years, especially the polyether series. Polyester series is immersed in 50℃ water for half a year or 70℃ for 3 weeks or 100℃ for 3~4 days, it will be completely decomposed. This is one of the reasons that TPU is suitable as an environmentally friendly material, which requires frequent contact with water It is recommended to use polyether series.
2. High temperature resistance and oxidation resistance

General plastic materials are easy to oxidize under the environment of 70 ℃ for a long time, and TPU has good anti-oxidation ability; generally speaking, TPU temperature resistance can reach 120 ℃.

3. Low temperature performance
TPU granules has very good low temperature resistance, usually can reach -50 ℃, can replace the general PVC can not be applied in various fields due to low temperature embrittlement, especially suitable for use in the cold zone related products.
4. Air tightness
TPU granules is very easy to weld by high frequency or hot pressing, so it is widely used in inflatable products. Gas coefficient refers to the rate at which a gas penetrates a specified area of a sample at a certain temperature and pressure, and the permeability of the same material to different gases sometimes varies greatly. Generally speaking, polyester series products have better air tightness than polyether series.
