TPU glass carbon fiber

TPU is divided into two materials, polyethers that are transparent and resistant to hydrolysis, and polyesters that are not so transparent and resistant to hydrolysis.Polyester TPU is widely used in various industries because of its high cost performance and excellent performance.Polyether TPU is suitable for more demanding industries, such as new energy, wind power generation and other fields.

After adding long glass fiber with TPU as base fat, the thickness can reach about 1mm. The fiber fully impregnated with base fat is pultruded into strips and then cut into particles with lengths ranging from 5-25mm.Compared with the original resin, the mechanical properties of TPU long fiber modified material are obviously improved.Impact strength is also improved.The modified TPU is suitable for various components with high structural requirements.Our material is the preferred alternative to metal.So if you have any questions, please come and ask us.Our team including technical director and sales director work together to serve you.
