PP excellent resistance to creep pp resin polypropylene lgf polymer

There are two useage types of PP polymers, one is homopolymerization and the other is copolymerization.

Polypropylene homopolymer (PPH) is the most widely used polypropylene series. However, due to the shortcomings of PPH toughness, poor dimensional stability and easy aging, its scope of application is limited. Of course PPH has a high strength-to-weight ratio and good chemical resistance to most inorganic acids, alkalis and salts. Polypropylene homopolymer has excellent solderability. After PPH is fired, the wire is elongated and the wire is round.

Polypropylene copolymer (PPC), which has better impact strength, is tougher and more durable than homopolymer polypropylene. Copolymer polypropylene has better stress crack resistance and low temperature toughness than homopolymer. After the PPC is burned, the wire is flat and not long.

1. Chemical Resistance: Diluted bases and acids don’t react readily with polypropylene.  
2. Strong stretch:PP pellets has high strength, large elongation, high initial modulus and excellent elasticity
3. Moisture absorption: pp pellets light weight and good thermal insulation, almost no moisture absorption, but the wicking ability is very strong, the effect of moisture absorption and perspiration is obvious.
