1 What is meanings of Polyamide Nylon Long glass fiber reinforced?

Answer: It is includes cure raw Polyamide Nylon PA6 with glass fiber ,compound materials.

2. Why is called Long glass fiber PA6 Nylon Polyamide?

Answer: Glass fiber with PA6 Nylon Polyamide, because glass fiber,our factory can cut by machine different long length ,traditional glass fiber will 2-5MM. Xiamen LFT composite plastic Co.,ltd length is 6-25MM. At currently,Polymide Nylon PA6 Long glass fiber mass ordered by different customers domestic and foreign usually is 10 &12mm.

Nylon PA6 Polyamide Glass fiber Plastic materialscalcium chloride composites were prepared by melt extrusion process; LGF content has an effect on the mechanical properties, Vicat softening point and crystallization properties of the composite. LGF is added to PA6 The crystallization rate and crystallinity of PA6 can be improved. When the mass fraction of LGF is 30%, the crystallinity is the largest, reaching 33.1-33.2%. With the increase of LGF content, Nylon PA6 Polyamide Glass fiber Plastic materialsthe mechanical properties of the composite and the Vicat softening point temperature are greatly improved. When the mass fraction of LGF is 50%, the tensile strength of the composite can reach 159.5-159.8 MPa, the bending strength reaches 193-193.5 MPa, the notched impact strength reaches 9.3kJ/m2, and the Vicat softening point temperature reaches 68-69.2 °C.
