High temperature resistance and oxidation resistance

General plastic raw materials are easy to oxidize in the environment above 70℃ for a long time, and TPU has good oxidation resistance. Generally speaking, the temperature resistance of TPU can reach 120℃.

Oil and drug resistance

TPU is a kind of strong polar polymer material, and non-polar mineral oil affinity is very small, in fuel oil (such as kerosene, gasoline) and mechanical oil (such as hydraulic oil, oil, lubricating oil, etc.) almost free from erosion; Among them, polyester series of TPU products have better oil resistance; The volume of TPU film and sheet has little change to oil, and the tensile strength is even higher than the original value. TPU has very good low temperature resistance, usually can reach -50℃, can replace general PVC due to low temperature embrittlement and can not be applied in various fields, especially suitable for use in the cold zone related types of products.

Air tightness

TPU is very easy to use high frequency wave or hot pressing to weld, so it is widely used in aerated products.
