LFT is called long fiber reinforced Thermoplastic Engineering material,Use different plastic base greases, mixed with long fibers, apply impregnation process, pultruded into elongated modified fiber particles, and then cut into lengths ranging from 6-25mm according to the application scenario. There are three types of fiber, one is glass fiber, one is carbon fiber and the other is the newly developed metal fiber in the second half of 2021. Different fiber types have different performances. Glass fiber has general performance but high emergency benefits. Carbon fiber has high conductivity and high conductivity but is expensive. It is generally suitable for new energy and aviation and military fields.
The reinforced modified materials developed by LFT-G include: PP LGF, PA6 LGF, PA66 LGF, MXD6 LGF, PA12 LGF. TPU LGF, PBT LGF, HDPE LGF, ABS LGF, PLA LGF and so on.
