PP modification methods are generally divided into chemical and physical modification:
Chemical modification is cross-linking and grafting on molecular chain.Physical modification is to add some modifiers to get modified plastics.

Grafting modification, crosslinking modification, toughening modification, filling modification, strengthening modification
The reinforcement modification of PP is introduced:
The first: rigid inorganic filler filling enhancement, to enhance the strength, hardness, temperature resistance of PP material, effectively reduce the shrinkage rate and warpage of PP material, control the production cost
The second: glass fiber reinforcement, can significantly improve the strength, hardness, temperature resistance and shrinkage of PP.
LFT Plastic mainly develops and produces PP filled glass fiber and carbon fiber materials, which are usually reserved for 12mm. Generally, the maximum particle length of our long fiber modified material is 25mm, but different material lengths can be made according to requirements.
It is worth mentioning that the performance of LFT PP modified material is much better than that of the general modified length of 2mm material.For example, LFT PP LGF can replace PA6 GF material, which can effectively and controllable reduce the cost and obtain the finished product with the same performance.
