Glass fiber is a very common material in the chemical industry, often used in the production of reinforced plastics or reinforced rubber.

Due to Glass Fiber has high temperature resistance, flame retardant, corrosion resistance, heat insulation, high tensile strength, good insulation characteristics, raw materials after adding glass fiber can significantly improve the heat resistance and mechanical strength of the material.

ABS filled glass fiber polymers increase the thermal deformation temperature and mechanical properties of the product, and reduce the molding shrinkage and linear expansion coefficient. It is usually used in the production of products with high dimensional accuracy requirements.

Although the impact resistance of ABS decreases significantly compared with that of pure ABS after adding glass fiber, the rigidity, heat resistance and dimensional stability of ABS are significantly improved. In addition, ABS plus glass fiber is extremely cost-effective, which meets the needs of manufacturers while reducing costs.






Characteristics of modified ABS:

1. heat resistance can reach 90-110℃, good gloss, high dimensional stability, high impact resistance;

2. good flame retardant, high flow, high impact resistance, good heat resistance, weather resistance, no frost spray;

3. high rigidity, low shrinkage, creep resistance, easy production and processing.


The main application range of modified ABS:

1. auto parts: instrument panel, fender, car interior, car lights, mirrors, car audio;

2. electronic and electrical parts: IT equipment, OA equipment shell, converter, power socket, etc.;

3. electronic appliances: switch, switch, controller, display, display housing, electrical housing, electrical bracket;
